Respect for our ethical rules, an absolute priority. To achieve constructive cooperation between the stakeholders we work with (suppliers, subcontractors, customers), a relationship of trust is necessary. Compliance with our Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Compliance with our\u00a0Code of Ethics<\/strong>\u00a0is central to managing our day-to-day operations. Within Equans BeLux entities, no objective is set and no decision is taken if its achievement would in any way deviate from our Code of Ethics.<\/p>\n

Our Code of Ethics defines the three corporate values that all our employees share, regardless of their hierarchical position, the entity they are associated with, their project or the country in question:\u00a0respect, integrity and responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    A widely accessible whistleblowing platform<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

    Our whistleblowing platform is\u00a0accessible to all<\/strong>: employees of Equans BeLux, regardless of the nature of their employment contract (fixed-term\/indefinite, temporary, etc.), subcontractors of Equans BeLux, as well as our customers, suppliers, etc.<\/p>\n

    Our platform is\u00a0highly secure<\/strong>\u00a0and allows you to report (also anonymously) any illegal or unethical act or behaviour. Reports can relate, for example, to harassment, corruption or fraud.<\/p>\n
